How it works
Each line is processed independently. The parameter &ech=cloudflare-ech.com%2Budp%3A%2F%2F1.1.1.1 is inserted before type= when possible (or at the end of the query string). Links that already contain ech= are left unchanged. Works with any number of links — 1 or 500.
